Due to the high cost of shipping to most locations, we do not accept returns or exchanges at this time. However, if your goods arrive damaged or defective, notify us within 15 days of receiving them, and we will replace them immediately.

Yes, we ship all around the world using postal airmail, UPS and FedEx. Unfortunately, we have suspended shipping via postal airmail to Italy due to many delivery problems, but you can still have your goods shipped to Italy via UPS or FedEx.

Shipping times vary by country and method. Most shipments within the U.S. arrive within 3-5 days. Most international airmail shipments arrive within 7-14 days.

Emotibles products are available on our Web site and in design-conscious online and boutique shops around the world. If you don't want to buy them online, let us know where you live, and we'll let you know where to get them!

Our charms are designed to fit the classic Apple iPod earbuds and are currently packaged with inserts that make them compatible with the newest standard iPod and iPhone earphones. While our charms are made of a flexible rubber and tend to fit similar sized earphones, styles change too frequently for us to maintain a comprehensive list of compatible models.

We don't produce branded or promotional earphone charms for just anyone -- you have to have something awesome. And you have to order in bulk. If you're interested in ordering earphone charms that feature a custom Emotible or some other design or likeness, please contact us with details, and we'll see what we can do.

Ah, let us count the ways:

1. Emotibles earphone charms are truly original. As designers, we wanted to bring color and expression to those oh-so-common white earbuds. And because we were passionate (or stubborn), we did so in spite of the naysaying and sheer lack of comprehension expressed by those with whom we shared our idea. Emotibles are the real deal, created by artists, not by tacky imitators. Emotibles were the first, and they're still the best.
2. Emotibles charms are made of a high-grade rubber (not PVC) and are non-toxic and hypoallergenic, as something that comes in contact with your skin should be.
3. Emotibles charms bear an elegant design refined over many iterations, reams of sketches and CAD drawings, trunkloads of clay models and silicone molds, and countless debates (usually civilized) about color.
4. Emotibles charms are, like all Emotibles stuff, strangely expressive. Our charms are sized to attract attention from afar and then surprise up close. They are subtle even as they blow people's minds.
